Cameron T Brett is Director SSD Product Marketing at Toshiba America Electronic Components’ SSD Business Unit. He is responsible for defining and marketing Toshiba’s SSDs, including SATA, SAS, and PCIe product lines. He has focused on bringing new generations of storage technology to market and working with OEM, datacenter and channel customers. A 20-year veteran of the storage industry, he has previous product marketing/management experience with PMC-Sierra, Adaptec, QLogic, and Broadcom. He serves on the Board of Directors for the SCSI Trade Association (STA) and holds a BS in Computer Science from Monmouth University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

>Mike Heumann is Managing Partner at G2M Communications, a market research firm focused on emerging technologies. He heads the development of research reports on NVMe, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He was previously VP North American Sales for QLogic and VP Product Marketing and Alliances for Emulex. He has over 15 years experience in the storage industry with an emphasis on Fibre Channel and storage area networks. Mike earned an MS in Organizational and Industrial Psychology at Purdue University and a BSEE at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the Conference Chair for the NVMe Developer Days event. .

John Kim is Director of Storage Marketing at Mellanox Technologies, where he helps storage customers and vendors benefit from high performance interconnects and RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access). After starting his high tech career in an IT helpdesk, John worked in enterprise software and networked storage, with many years of solution marketing, product management, and alliances at enterprise software companies, followed by 12 years working at NetApp and EMC.

Mark Webb is Principal/Consultant at MKW Ventures Consulting LLC. He is currently working in the areas of SSD and semiconductor technology and competitive analysis as well as SSD business and market development. Mark works with SSD OEM and ODM companies, storage providers, controller companies, and semiconductor manufacturers.
He was Director of Manufacturing for the NVM Solutions Group at Intel Corporation from 2008-2012, and during this time was responsible for SSD system and NAND component manufacturing. From 2006 to 2008, Mark was Corporate Product Quality and Reliability Manager for IM Flash Technologies as the company became the industry leader in NAND technology and cost, and prior to this held multiple Engineering and Manufacturing leadership roles in Logic and Memory technology during his 20+ years at Intel.

Peter OnufrykPeter Onufryk
Fellow, Microchip

Peter Onufryk is Fellow in the Data Center Solutions business unit at Microchip, where he is responsible for storage product architecture. He has been very active in NVMe standardization as an NVMe Board Member and NVMe Management Workgroup Chair. He has been a featured speaker at many events on NVMe and NVMe-MI, including Flash Memory Summit. He holds over 40 patents in interfaces and communications and has written several published articles. He was previously Director of Engineering at Integrated Device Technology (IDT) and a research staff member at AT&T Bell Labs. He earned a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University and an MSEE from Purdue University.
